Refinancing can be stressful, and in the past, I have always felt that the loan officer was more concerned about what they could make off the deal versus what was in my best interest. I felt rushed and pressured. I had a completely different experience with James. James takes the time to really understand your needs and helps with any challenges along the way. I am a long time Real Estate professional with many closing per year. James Tennell was able to do a very complicated Bridge Loan for clients of mine that enabled them to buy a home for their growing family while they still owned their current home. And he closed it on time! This loan isn’t easy to find, and in the past when I located a lender that could do a bridge loan the cost was 5x what this loan with James and his company ended up costing my clients.
