Through them all, I have consistently exceeded my customers and clients’ expectations and needs by solving complex financing scenarios and needs and delivering – on time many success stories with the highest level of service.
Closing on time for buyers and real estate professionals has been a hallmark to my success. Consistency of service is vital to me and the people I am fortunate enough to serve. My first 10 years in the industry my on time closing percentage was 99% of all loans I originated which was 100% home purchase business. Bringing first rate loan solutions to my customers and agents allowed me to help in people’s lives in a way that few others have been able to do.
From Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA for our veterans to commercial, mixed use, multi-family loans both for homeowners and investors understanding the unique needs of my clients and structuring some very difficult, in many cases loans that no one else could do, allowed me to grow a following of happy and satisfied clients and customers.
While raising my children and putting them into and through law school and college and achieving a graduate degree MBA myself in 2016, I have always maintained a very high level of lending excellence.
